This is to be a web based tool that takes the user through a series of questions. Answering Yes to some of the initial questions means that more sections are added to the questionaire and a more detaild picture of the important areas is created. At the end the user can produce a PDF to take to meetings when specifying their website. The tool is flexible enough that other documents can be created - means that a wealth of expertise can be captured in a simple interface.
